Q: Are your shipping times accurate?


A: Many of our products are custom made. They come in multiple pieces and take multiple stages to complete the finished product. So we ask for patience to perfect the actual product that you’re requesting.



Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: Yes, but I do not have international shipping as an option on my site. Please email all inquiries to [email protected] and we will return a response to you with your total invoice including all shipping fees.



Q: Where are you based?


A: We are based here in the US in Atlanta, Ga.



Q: Can shipping be waived?


A: Yes. We will waive shipping for items over $350. We also waive shipping for any items that are going to be delivered in the Atlanta Area. If you are in the Atlanta area and would like to have your items delivered, please email [email protected] and we will send you your total invoice as well as collect location details for your delivery. 



Q: How can we contact you if there are items that we do not see on your site that we would like for you to try out? 


A: Great question. We are always looking for the next best thing. Please feel free to email us at [email protected]. In the subject line, say “New Material Request”. In the body, please provide details and pictures, if applicable, of the product(s) that you would like to see or would like to purchase from me. Remember, new items are being added every few weeks so any help is always welcomed. 



Q: Do you provide a distributor service?


A: Not at this time, but we never know what the future may hold. If you’d like to assist in any way, you’re welcome to share my site and all of my social handles. Help promote and grow our business and the benefits will come to you.
